As our garments are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Custom Fit garments are made to your measurements and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Every NM Design Studio garment is crafted with premium fabrics, refined tailoring, and meticulous attention to detail. Proper care ensures your pieces retain their shape, colour, texture, and elegance for years to come.

  • Dry clean only. Never machine wash.
  • Steam instead of ironing whenever possible.
  • Air garments after every wear.
  • Treat stains immediately.
  • Use padded or wooden hangers and garment bags to maintain garment structure and quality.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Hand embroidery, zari, sequins, beads, and embellishments require extra attention. Avoid friction, store flat when possible, and do not fold directly over embroidery.
